Emilio Colalillo is a Toronto based professional dancer and choreographer. Colalillo studied classical ballet, modern, jazz and contemporary and received his BFA degree in Dance from Ryerson University. As a dancer he has toured the world internationally with Corpus Dance Projects, Creativiva, A2D2 and his own company EMiMOTION to Europe, The Middle East, Asia, Caribbean and North America. He has danced for the Canadian Opera Company as a lead dancer in "La Traviata" and performed for the opening and closing ceremonies of the Pan Am and Parapan Am Games. Colalillo has worked and performed for many contemporary choreographers including; Newton Morraes, William Yong, Hanna Kiel, Colin Connor and Marie Josee Chartier. Dance is his passion which led him to explore his creativity and become a choreographer.

He is the founder of EMiMOTION, a contemporary based dance company. Colalillo has choreographed 5 full length dance works known for his use of physicality, emotion and avant garde nature. Colalillo is the winner of the Paula Citron Award at Fresh Blood 2013 for his choreography of his duet "Avadita". Colalillo is inspired by his Italian culture and incorporates commedia dell'arte in his works. Colalillo also enjoys teaching and inspiring the youth. He has choreographed for Innovative Musical Theatre for their theatre program choreographing Footloose and Shrek The Musical. Colalillo has also choreographed Aladdin, Alice In Wonderland, The Little Prince and Pinnochio which toured internationally with Creativiva. Emilio is currently finishing his Masters of Fine Arts Degree at York University researching about posthumanism in dance. To further his education he plans to pursue a PhD.

Born and raised in Toronto, Ontario, Tara Pillon is a professional dancer, choreographer, and dance educator. She graduated with honours from Ryerson University, where she received a BFA in Performance Dance. Tara is the Co-founder and Co-Artistic Director of ACE Dance Theatre, a professional contemporary dance company, and THE BALLET LAB, a workshop dedicated to developing dancers' technique and artistry. 

Tara’s choreography has been a part of several international tours to Portugal, Spain, Italy, Dubai, Singapore, and China, with companies including Creativiva, World Performers, and ACE Dance Theatre. She has choreographed for events including the Italian Contemporary Film Festival, Dance Ontario, Echo Chambers, New Blue Festival, Ricarda's Grand Opening, PowerBall, Italian Heritage Festival, and the Allstate Honor Ring Banquet. Tara recently choreographed for The Tenors’ Christmas music video - Santa's Wish.

Tara has performed professionally with Ballet Creole, Gadfly, Human Body Expression, Avinoam Silverman Dance, and Creativiva. She can be seen dancing in the Hallmark film A Nutcracker Christmas, and in Diversion, a dance film by Avinoam Silverman. Tara has performed in events such as the JOGA x Reebok Fashion show for Toronto Women's Fashion Week, the Pan Am Games opening ceremonies, WeDay, and TedX Toronto. She has also performed in festivals such as Dance Ontario, Dance Made in Canada, and TUDS.

Tara received her Certificate for Russian Ballet Pedagogy in Amsterdam, Netherlands and is also a member of the Professional Adjudicator's Alliance. Tara is an in-demand teacher, choreographer, and adjudicator throughout the GTA.
