Rob Milling has an extensive background in shaping and driving change in public policy. He is passionate about health and environmental policy.
Professor Milling holds a LLM in Health Law from Osgoode Hall Law School, an LLB from the University of Windsor, and a BA (Hons.) in Social Anthropology from the University of Toronto. He served as Clerk with the Ontario Court of Appeal.
He worked for 18 years for both government and opposition at Queen’s Park, served as Health & Policy Director at a leading professional nursing association and executive director and campaign director with an environmental non-governmental organization.
Professor Milling has taught courses in Administrative Law and Human Rights at Ryerson University since 2012
