Hamza dedicatedly supports youth and early talent through his work as Managing Director of Student Life Network, Canada’s largest and most comprehensive educational resource hub, which currently serves over 2.7 million students.

At the beginning of his storied career, in under two years, Hamza helped establish Toronto Met (formerly Ryerson University)—Canada’s leader in innovative & career-focused education—as a national leader in online student engagement. He went on to make waves as the Co-Founder of Splash Effect, a boutique marketing & creative agency with prominent education & non-profit clients such as MLSE Launchpad, Pathways to Education, and the Ted Rogers School of Management. His success put the wind in his sails to launch a second business, SkillsCamp, a rapidly growing soft skills training company with high-profile clients such as Deloitte, Microsoft, and Mercedes-Benz. Over a decade-long career at the intersection of marketing and education, Hamza has worked with prominent and forward-thinking organizations such as Amazon, UCLA, Spotify, the Rotman School of Management, PepsiCo, and the Royal Bank of Canada. His newly created non-profit, Resilient 100, aims at building resilience capacity in young change leaders. As an educator at Seneca College, Hamza played a vital role in the development of Canada’s very first social media graduate certificate program. He would go on to teach multiple social media, digital marketing, and professional communication courses at Toronto Met, where he quickly established himself as a top-ranked instructor.

From TEDx stages and international conferences to MBA classrooms and Fortune 500 boardrooms, Hamza gets invited regularly to deliver keynotes and workshops around the world. He speaks on subjects such as: creating digital communities, building personal brands, mastering productivity, navigating the multigenerational workforce, beating burnout, building resilience, and much more. In 2017, Hamza self-published his first book, The Burnout Gamble, which instantly became a bestseller.
