Weight Lifting

Both the RAC and MAC are equipped with full-featured weight training equipment in their respective fitness centres, available to students and members whenever the facilities are open.

Free weights are also available in RAC Studio 1 and MAC Topline Studio.

The RAC Fitness Centre features women's only hours every weekday.

All abilities are welcome to join our instructor-led, drop-in group fitness classes. No registration required - join in whenever you are able!

Join a club where you focus on training for competition against other post-secondary schools in an exhibition schedule or organized league.
