Group Fitness

Do you want to get your heart rate up in Box Fit or sweat to Latin music in Zumba? Interested in yoga or spin but never tried it?  

Drop-in to one of our more than 30 group fitness classes. Whether it’s your first time in a fitness studio or you are a regular, everyone is welcome to participate and work toward their health and wellness goals.


FREE: Drop-in group fitness classes are free to all Ryerson students and members who hold an active membership.

What to expect

  • 40 - 60 minute classes
  • First-come, first-serve basis (no pre-registrations)
  • Arrive 5 - 10 minutes early to secure your spot

Find your rhythm, lift your spirits and get your sweat on as you move to the music in classes like Dance Fire, Zumba, Groove and Masala Bhangra.

Build strength, fitness and confidence in classes like Aqua Fit, Bootcamp, Cardio Pump, HIIT, Kettlebell, TRX+, Ultimate Workout and WOW, our women's only workout.

Reconnect your body and mind as you stretch, strengthen and meditate in classes like BodyART and Ashtanga, Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga.

Ride and roll to the music as your instructor leads you through traditional spin and combo classes like Spin & Sculpt, Spin & Stretch and Spin & Yoga Flow.
