This activity is not being offered in the winter 2023 semester.

FIFA21 is a soccer simulation video game that can be played using your PlayStation, Xbox and PC. Participants can choose to play as their favorite team and compete against each other. This sport will be following a ladder format where participants have control over days and time they can play.

The Steps Challenge is an activity for participants to do remotely at their own pace to challenge themselves and meet their own personal goals. Walking throughout the week is how participants accumulate steps and this accumulation is then uploaded to IMLeagues weekly. Send your accumulated number of steps over a week to intramurals@torontomu.ca to see how you and others have progressed throughout the semester.

The Running  Challenge is an activity for participants to do remotely at your convenience to challenge yourself and meet your personal goals. Run, jog or walk throughout the day. Send your distances to intramurals@torontomu.ca and see how you and others have progressed throughout the semester.

The Rolling Challenge is an activity that involves participants tracking the distance they have completed on a weekly basis using their bike, rollerblades, wheelchair or mobility aid. Send your distances to intramurals@torontomu.ca see how you and others have progressed throughout the semester.

The 9 Week Ultimate Movement Challenge provides participants with a weekly workout to complete. Each week a new workout will be posted onto IMLeagues to challenge participants. Workouts provided won’t require any equipment.

Volleyball, a game played by two teams, with 3 players (mixed gender rules) playing on a side, in which the players use their hands to bat a ball back and forth over a high net, trying to make the ball touch the court within the opponents' playing area before it can be returned.

Badminton is a sport played using racquets. The purpose is to hit a birdie across a net, similar to tennis, and when the birdie hits the floor or goes “out” it is a point for the opposite team. Although badminton may be played with larger teams, we will be playing "singles".

Our hope is to target all women interested in getting active and wanting to participate in a variety of sports.   All program years and anyone interested in getting involved.   We really wish to target first year students as habits formed and connections made in first year are more likely to persist across a student’s time at University.   Overcoming barriers to participation amongst women in their first year has potential to have a lasting and positive impact

Dodgeball is a team sport in which players on two teams try to throw balls and hit their opponents, while avoiding being hit themselves.   Try to eliminate the entire opponents team to win by hitting them below the shoulders with a dodgeball, staying on your side and hopefully you still have remaining players.  Come enjoy the fun of team, strategy and Dodging !!!!

Table tennis, also called (trademark) Ping-Pong, is a ball game similar in principle to tennis and played on a flat table divided into two equal courts by a net fixed across its width at the middle. You use a paddle and a lightweight ball.

Mixed Ultimate Frisbee is played in the Quad. This is a noncontact sport played between 2 teams of 7 players. Available divisions include Mixed Competitive or  Recreation.

We do not offer this in the winter semester

Basketball, played 3 vs. 3 on one half of a full size basketball court. Available divisions include: Open Competitive, Recreation and  Women’s.

Soccer played on our RAC gym courts.  Games are played 4 vs. 4. Available divisions include: Open, Competitive and Recreation.

Volleyball, a game played by two teams, with 6 players (mixed gender rules) playing on a side, in which the players use their hands to bat a ball back and forth over a high net, trying to make the ball touch the court within the opponents' playing area before it can be returned.

Returning is our 5 on 5 open basketball league.   Open Competitive and Recreation Divisions offered.

Teams will be required to have matching jerseys with a number to play.   Intramurals will offer reversible mesh jerseys $25 for participants to purchase

Flag Football is an open activity that takes place in the fall semester in our quad area.   We have a recreation and competitive division .

We do not run this during the winter semester

Volleyball, is a game played by two teams with 6 players, (6 males or 6 females for this league)  playing on a side in which the players use their hands to bat a ball back and forth over a high net trying to make the ball touch your opponents side of the court.

  1. Volleyball, a game played by two teams with 6 players (women's) playing on a side in which the players use their hands to bat a ball back and forth over a high net trying to make the ball touch your opponents sid eof the court to score.
