Michael discovered a passion for fitness in his last year of high school and found himself drawn to everything fitness-related. While attending Ryerson University, receiving a BASc in Occupational Health and Safety, he worked as a Fitness Centre Assistant at the Ryerson Athletic Centre. Through his experience at the RAC he developed a relationship with bodybuilding, and with guidance and inspiration from another RAC trainer, Michael gained valuable education in all aspects from training to meal plans to viewing life positively.
Michael tried his hand working at health and safety organizations but found that it did not suit him. Noticing that people often asked him for workout tips and advice when he trained at the gym along with his huge admiration for personal training, he pursued his true passion – personal training!
Since receiving his certification, Michael has enjoyed working with and learning from his clients. He hopes to help all his clients reach their full potential and goals. He doesn't view personal training as “work” but rather a lifestyle.
We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence then is not an act, but a habit.
