Grading stations and in-person grading assistance are available at Student Records (Room POD70), Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.


 

Undergraduate instructors must submit their grades no later than:

Monday, May 11, 2020 by 8 a.m.


Graduate Studies instructors must submit their grades no later than:

Monday, May 11, 2020 by 8 a.m.


Exception:
Graduate Studies instructors for Communication & Culture must submit their grades no later than:

Friday, May 15, 2020 by 4 p.m.


Chang School instructors must submit their grades no later than:

All Undergraduate instructors must submit their winter 2020 grades no later than:

It is critical to meet this university deadline for Student Records to process and post grades, and calculate academic standings.

 


 

As part of normal policy, Program Directors, Deans, the University Registrar, and the Vice Provost Students are notified of grades that have not been submitted by the deadline. Grading information is needed to ensure the accurate assessment of students' academic standings. Academic continuance reviews are normally held the day after the grade submission deadline.

Release of Grades: Final grades are not to be released to students as there may be outstanding obligations to the university. Final grades are only released by the Registrar's Office. Students may begin accessing winter 2020 undergraduate course grades at 8 a.m. on Thursday, May 14, 2020.

Grade Policy and Grade Definitions: The purpose of University's Grading Policy is to ensure that the grading practices throughout the University reflect appropriate academic standards: that the evaluation of student performance is made in a fair and objective manner against these academic standards; and that grades are assigned fairly and equitably across campus.
