OSAP Advising

Financial Assistance Advising is available for in-person and phone consultation on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays

To speak to an advisor in-person: Arrive before 3 p.m., and bring your government issued photo ID. For some services, proof of SIN (Social Insurance Number) is required.

Support Hours

Twitter: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (EST)

AskRyerson: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Monday to Thursday: 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Friday: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

In-Person Hours at ServiceHub:

Friday: 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Extended Hours: Monday, January 6 to Friday, January 31

ServiceHub Closures

Friday Morning Closures: The ServiceHub telephone and in-person services open at 12 noon on the following dates:

Ryerson is closed on Statutory Holidays and our annual Mid-Year Break.
