lululemon is an innovative performance apparel company for yoga, running, training, and other athletic pursuits. As part of our commitment to Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Action (IDEA), we host a full-time, paid IDEA Global Internship Program, that runs approximately 12 weeks (June through August). Interns receive support, coaching and mentorship, gain practical work experience, and develop new skills to expand their career possibilities. We are proud to partner with Toronto Metropolitan University for the third year in a row and have hired TMU students and alumni for our internship program.

Be sure to attend our info session, learn more about our company and internship opportunities, and to network with us! Join us for our info session, where Andrea Cilona, Senior Director, Product Operations will share how lululemon has shifted its supply chain and logistics post COVID-19. This is a great opportunity to network with our product and recruiting teams and ask questions about our company and internship opportunities. Looking forward to connecting with you!

Andrea Cilona, Senior Director, Product Operations: Andrea has worked in the athletic apparel industry since graduating from Kent State University in 2008. She began her career as an intern in Color for Under Armour, where she discovered her passion for working with mills, optimizing processes, and collaborating with creative teams. After spending 4 years at Under Armour, Andrea joined lululemon and relocated to the company’s headquarters in Vancouver, Canada. Over her past 11 years with the company, she has built the lululemon color development teams globally, implemented technology solutions, and helped to standardize processes. In 2018, Andrea transitioned to an operational role within the company, leading the Product Operation team, a dynamic group of people focused on transforming the future state operating model through people, process, and technology solutions. Andrea enjoys running competitively and skiing in Whistler on the weekends with her son.
