Gabriele Aroni

Gabriele Aroni, MArch (University of Florence), MSc (Oxford Brookes University), PhD (Ryerson and York Universities), worked as designer at Studio Roosegaarde (Rotterdam) and in Tuscany, and is a member of research groups in Italy and China. He published a book on the Basilica of San Lorenzo (Mimesis 2016) and articles in Annali di Architettura, Southern Semiotics Review and Well Played. He is currently working on his next book on the semiotics of architecture in digital games (Bloomsbury 2021).
