Four SVZ Ventures Receive IRP Funding

Congratulations to SVZ ventures Accelerate Her Future, Braves Soles, Savyn, and Vesta for being selected to receive the second round of Investment Readiness Program (IRP) funding! , external link
Community Foundations of Canada launched the IRP to support Canadian social purpose organizations tackling a range of social issues, including the UN's 17 Sustainable Development Goals. Looking towards post-pandemic recovery, social purpose organizations will help us "build more resilient and inclusive communities."
Last year, SVZ ventures NIKU Farms and Lisnen were selected for the first round of IRP funding. Dr. Golnaz Golnaraghi, Founder of Accelerate Her Future, told us she's grateful for the response her venture's social impact work is receiving.
"[The IRP Funding] will be helping us on a number of different fronts, including the ability to work with service providers to think more deeply and thoughtfully about how we can build a sustainable organization."
