Terus was a Toronto-based team of sustainability and hospitality professionals working within the sector to show how green strategies can not only positively impact the environment; they can also positively impact a restaurant’s bottom-line. Through its custom projects, Terus improved restaurants' competitive advantage and brand image by implementing sustainability standards in every aspect of the business, including waste, electricity, water, staff training, and even menu items.
