Academic Success Centre in TRSM - Student Support Specialists - TRS 2-168

Drop in to speak with upper level students about why they chose their program of study; learn about the professors and what to look forward to in the courses. Ask the upper level students about how to get a work study job on campus and find out more about their participation on campus and student clubs. Learn how connecting to campus helps to enhance career-exploration options and to build skills through involvement and networking.

Course Intention Period - March 12 - March 18, 2018

During the week of March 12-18, 2018, each student needs to:

  1. Go onto RAMSS to choose a major which will then allow you to select the courses you will need for the Fall 2018 and Winter 2019 academic terms. Click here for step-by-step instructions.
  2. Enter the courses that you plan to take in third and fourth semesters into your shopping cart then select the ‘finish enrolling’ button at the bottom of the page. Click here for step-by-step instructions.
  3. Students who follow this procedure will have a schedule for both the Fall 2018 and Winter 2019 terms.
  4. Any student who does not follow this procedure will not have courses in your schedule for the next academic year and will have to build their schedule during their open enrollment period. Please note that you have another opportunity to complete your course intentions during course intention adjustment period - May 9th - May 16th, 2018 on RAMMS.
  5. If you need assistance with using RAMSS to choose your major and to select courses for the 2018-2019 academic year, ask for assistance in TRS 1-004 or TRS 2-168 during office hours.
