The Ryerson Hospitality and Tourism Students’ Society is run by a dedicated, enthusiastic and success-driven group of students who take the initiative to enhance the university experience for all students enrolled at the Ted Rogers School of Hospitality and Tourism Management by consistently striving to reach the pinnacle of academic, social and professional success. Hospitality & Tourism Mentoring

Hospitality & Tourism Mentoring (HTMentoring) is a program comprised of second to fourth year students dedicated to providing the knowledge and resources needed to assist Hospitality and Tourism Management students through their first year of the HTM program. Services offered by HTMentoring include information about the HTM program, tutoring, advice and guidance, course intention workshops, Blackboard workshops, and textbook sales. Operated by a highly cooperative executive team and an energetic group of mentors, HTMentoring strives to enhance the first year students’ experience at Ryerson University.

First year students will be placed in groups of 7 to 10 and will attend 4 meetings throughout the fall semester. In these sessions students will be able to establish a strong foundation through the enhancement of academic achievement, relationships, and personal growth within the program.
