Tutoring & Peer-Assisted Study Groups

Learning is a process. We're here to support you with your journey. The Academic Success Centre recognizes that students at Ryerson have a diversity of needs and experiences with regards to learning support and transition success, personal wellness, development, and growth.

Through Tutoring Support, students meet with Academic Peer Helpers (APHs), who are upper-year peers that provide small group support so students can gain a stronger grasp of course concepts, and develop confidence in academic skills and problem-solving in collaborative learning environments.

Whether you are a new student, upper-year, or transfer/direct entry student, our knowledgeable and welcoming staff are here to assist you to accomplish your learning and school-related goals.

Review and clarify course content in small groups led by an upper-year student staff member. Official course tutoring facilitated by Academic Peer Helpers that are hired and trained by Ryerson University.

Location:  Tutoring Room, TRS 3-051
