Dr. Nina Cole passed away in late 2015. Dr. Cole received a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Mathematics from Queen’s University, an M.B.A. from the University of Western Ontario, and a Ph.D. in Organizational Behaviour from the Faculty of Management at the University of Toronto.
Dr. Cole had more than 30 years of experience in human resources management as a practitioner, consultant, researcher, and professor. Since 1990, she worked as an academic, teaching and conducting research in OB/HR at Ryerson University, Brock University, York University, and the University of Toronto. Prior to that, she gained 12 years of business experience – eight years as an HR consultant with Peat Marwick & Partners, and four years as an HR manager with Federal Industries.
