Andre Serero is an accomplished senior executive with extensive experience in business and law. Andre teaches law at Ryerson University’s Ted Rogers School of Management (TRSM).
He is also Executive in Residence with TRSM’s Business Career Hub, where he directs the Top 200 Program. The Top 200 Program is designed to create world-class opportunities for emerging leaders. It consists of a select group of 3rd and 4th year students chosen for their strong academic performance combined with extracurricular activities. The Top 200 Program is designed to offer a unique, specialized and enhanced development experience, aimed at accelerating the growth of personal, professional, leadership and career readiness skills for the students.
Andre is a Strategic Partner with Rosenzweig & Co., a high-end global talent management firm that focuses on critical, specialized executive search. He is on the Board of Directors of the Youthdale Foundation Andre was awarded the Canadian General Counsel Award in the Deal Making Category and was voted Corporate Counsel Newsmaker of the Year, by Canadian Lawyer In House Magazine. Andre holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B., 1987) and Bachelor of Civil Law (B.C.L., 1987) from McGill University.
