As the saying goes, you get out of it what you put into it. There are some minimum requirements, but motivated students easily find time to attend those events and more. Naturally, we encourage you to be as involved as possible because the tools and experiential learning activities that we offer you will provide you with maximum benefit and advantage.

Yes, a significant number of our Top 200 students are also in Co-op.

Absolutely! In fact, one of the benefits of the program is that you have an opportunity for one-on-one coaching sessions with André Serero, the Founder and Lead. He has helped several students manage their Top 200 Program commitments while on exchange.

Yes, but you may have a different application process. Please email André at andre.serero@torontomu.ca for additional information regarding your specific circumstances.

IIt is very simple. You send an email to André, and set-up an appointment to meet. The number of meetings is completely up to you. You may come with specific topics of discussion, or this can be done during the coaching session itself.
André can be reached at andre.serero@torontomu.ca (opens in new window) .

The mentorship runs from September to April of your second year of the Top 200 program. You will be assigned a mentor during this period and will be required to attend one-on-one meetings.

Upon completion, you will take part in a special Top 200 Graduation Ceremony, where you will receive a unique Top 200 Recognition of Achievement. Your record of completion will be kept on file and can be referenced on your CV.
