What We Can Do For You

The Faculty & Staff Help Desk can help you with the following:

  • Troubleshoot and repair Ryerson-owned computers and peripherals
  • Recommend and order new computer equipment, software and toner
  • Configure and install new equipment
  • Software installation, opens in new window and troubleshooting
  • Assist faculty members with TRS computer lab and classroom technologies
  • Short-term equipment loans for work-related activities
  • Computer lab bookings within TRS building
  • Restrict computer applications during lab-based tests and exams
  • General help with Ryerson’s IT resources, including two-factor authentication, opens in new window and RU-VPN
  • Zoom classroom assistance and/or training via this booking tool, external link
