Reports

We’ve produced several reports that we know you will find useful. Do you have questions? Don't see the report you were looking for? Let us know

Course Reports

These reports are PDF files. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, download it from the CCS website (opens in new window)  .

You may see more than one listing for a course, with one of them ending in an "E". Example: MEC 222 and MEC 222E. These are the same course, but the "E" suffix indicates there is an offering available at the campus in Egypt.

Course Catalog Detail Reports

These reports provide course-level information, including course title, description, hours, GPA weight, and requisites. Reports are organized by the faculty of the teaching department that owns the course. The reports are organized at the following levels:

  1. Teaching Department
  2. Subject and Number (Course Code)

Use these reports to review your individual courses. Updated April 2024. All files are pdf.

Curriculum by Course Reports

These reports are useful if you are considering retiring or repositioning courses.

These reports provide information similar to what is transmitted to Teaching Assignment Integration (TAI). Use these reports to help identify curricula which may be impacted by changes made at the course level. Each course is listed with the  programs/plans that use it as part of their core curriculum in the current academic year. Courses that are not part of any core curricula, such as most Liberal Studies courses, are not included. Similarly, courses that will roll out in a future academic year are not included in this report. You should also use the course links in the online Undergraduate Calendar to help identify other connections, such as requisites, or courses that have a planned roll out in a future year.

Requisite Hierarchy Models (Tree Diagrams)

Tree Diagrams showing the relationships among courses, sorted by Academic Organization. Updated May 2020. All files are PDF.

2023 Tree Diagrams will be available soon.
