How it works

The Pitman Apartment declining balance meal plan operates like a debit card. You load $1,275 onto your card ($637.50 at the time of your residence offer and $637.50 on January 18, 2024) and every time you make a food purchase, the cost is subtracted from the dollar balance remaining in your account.

Balances on the TMU Eats Dining Dollars Fund remaining at the end of the Term are carried over year over year. The TMU Eats Dining Dollars do not expire, are non-refundable and non-transferable

Payment Installments

When you purchase your meal plan, the value is loaded in two equal installments: June 30, 2023 and January 18, 2024. A $35 administration fee and a $40 sustainability and health and safety initiatives fee is included in your first installment payment.
