Refunds

The OneCard Office is unable to process in-person refund requests at this time. Faculty and staff who would like to receive a refund on remaining funds on their OneCard may do so by emailing onecard@ryerson.ca from their Ryerson email account. OneCard staff will provide additional instructions on how to process your refund request via email.

Refunds to accounts on your OneCard must be requested by emailing onecard@ryerson.ca.

  • 5% if the refund amount is over $50
  • $2.50 if the amount is under $50

Dine and Vend

  • Meal plans
  • Block plans
  • Bonus dollars
  • Copy account
