Introducing Garden Grab Bags from the Urban Farm
Beginning Friday, May 28, Ryerson students, faculty, staff and members of the public may purchase a limited number of Garden Grab Bags filled with fresh, seasonal produce grown on campus by the Ryerson Urban Farm.
Available for purchase online, our weekly pre-packaged Garden Grab Bags include a surprise assortment of seasonal, spray-free produce, harvested on the same day they’re delivered to your door. You can’t get more farm-to-table than this!
What you’ll find in your Garden Grab Bag
The contents of our Garden Grab Bags will vary week to week and will change based on what’s currently in season. Garden Grab Bags sold at the beginning and end of our growing season will include fewer items than bags packaged during the height of our growing season, and the price will reflect this.
Our bags provide enough fresh produce to feed approximately 1 - 2 people for one week.

Pricing
The Garden Grab Bag will retail between $40 to $50 each week, depending on the contents of the bag, and will include the cost of delivery from our farm to your home.
Instructions for purchasing a Garden Grab Bag
Garden Grab Bags are available for purchase weekly on Fridays at 12 p.m, beginning May 28 via our online store. Your order will be delivered to your personal residence on Wednesdays between 12 p.m. and 5 p.m.
Delivery instructions
Contactless delivery of our Garden Grab Bags will occur on Wednesdays between 12 p.m. and 5 p.m., beginning June 2.
Our delivery partners from A-Way Express (external link) will knock on your door or buzz your unit upon delivery of your Garden Grab Bag. If you are unreachable at the time of delivery, your Garden Grab Bag will be left on your doorstep or in the lobby of your residence.
Delivery zone
We are only able to deliver Garden Grab Bags to community members living within our Toronto delivery zone. We are able to deliver Garden Grab Bags to the following area codes:

In the event you do not live within our delivery zone, you may arrange to have an order delivered to an individual within our delivery zone willing to accept your delivery.
