Reminder -- New User Interface Coming to Adobe AEM

This is a reminder that a new user interface (Touch UI) is coming to Adobe AEM.  It will change how web authors/editors access, edit and view their content.  The interface we are currently using will be phased out by Adobe when the next version of AEM is released. Digital Publishing plans on moving to this new version between April and May 2021. 

Project Update: 

1. Digital Publishing has been working diligently on redeveloping all responsive templates and components so they work in the new user interface.
2. Compatibility issues were discovered when testing the templates created in 2013 with the new interface.  Therefore, rebuilding these legacy templates/components for use in this new interface is not feasible.
3. Digital Publishing plans on phasing in the new interface by providing virtual training options starting in early 2021.
