With continued growth and diversification in our adult learning program offerings, Frank Miller has joined the executive education (Xed) team as the Director while Alice Wright is on maternity leave. Frank brings a coveted combination of academic experience and industry expertise to the role. He has been an Instructor and Faculty Advisor (HRM/OB Co-Op Program) since 2007 and has held the most senior HR leadership roles for Coca-Cola/Minute Maid, Sun Life Financial, and Compass Group in Canada, providing HR strategic leadership and delivery of daily HR services. He also has a successful HR consulting practice, Miller & Associates working with SME clients.
Frank’s passion of aligning business plans with capability plans transcends into his teaching as he is able to relate practical business challenges into a classroom discussion. This has resulted in Frank continuously being rated as one of the highest ranked instructors in the executive education portfolio.

Maria joined the Ted Rogers School of Management Executive and Corporate Education department in 2018. Since then, she has enthusiastically led the development and delivery of programming for a wide range of custom clients and open enrollment programings – including international clients and leading telecommunications companies. She finds passion and purpose in her role by making meaningful connections between TRSM’s award-winning faculty and industry experts with forward-thinking organizations that require professional development support. She enjoys the challenges associated with executing the perfect programs.
