In this 30-minute webinar, award-winning fitness and lifestyle coach, Dione Mason, will discuss five ways to stay physically active during the COVID-19 pandemic. Learn how to improve mental and emotional health, build your immune system and manage stress levels. No Gym? No Equipment? No problem! Dione will demonstrate exercises you can do with your own bodyweight and/or household items.
