Mixed-reality Immersive Motion Simulation Laboratory (MIMS Lab) at Ryerson University is a research group within the Department of Aerospace Engineering. MIMS’s vision is to enhance a user-friendly aircraft design environment that includes reliable Multidisciplinary Design Optimization (MDO) and Virtual Certification Capability.

We focus on developing (I) MDO Tools with Expert Systems, (II) Flight Test Data Analysis System, and (III) Human Machine Interface (HMI) (Research Capabilities here).

We open Master and Doctoral positions in the above projects. Undergraduate research positions are also available.
