Foundations of Student Affairs Practice I

Through holistic, anti-oppressive, and adult-learning frameworks, a variety of student support and student-facing professionals from college and university campuses will co-create a learning community in which they will articulate their personal foundations as Student Affairs professionals; explore the practical skills, values, and knowledges related to Student Affairs; grapple with the implications of colonization for Canadian higher education; discover new perspectives; and become empowered to transform their practice to be more inclusive, equitable and student-centred.
