Material Innovations

The range of materials available for use in design is expanding rapidly, with new materials - smart materials, sustainable materials, biomaterials, nanotechnologies, and so on - appearing almost every day. In this course, students will investigate in depth one emerging material or more, in order to determine the limits and possibilities that the material offers.
