TMU-VPN is required to access AEM
Faculty & Staff:
- To request a staff VPN account, please log into my.torontomu.ca> Self Service> Personal Account> Security > Request or Manage My VPN Access
- After a VPN account is granted, download and install the TMU-VPN software (Faculty/Staff tab)
- Or, visit the CCS website: torontomu.ca/ccs/services/connections/secure-connection/tmu-vpn
Student staff:
Student VPN accounts CANNOT be used to access AEM - you must use a staff or vendor VPN account.
A. Students with a staff role can request a staff VPN account
- Log in to my.torontomu.ca> Self Service> Personal Account> Security > Request or Manage My VPN Access
- After VPN access is granted, download and install the software (TMU-VPN) in the Faculty/Staff tab.
B. Students with no staff role must use the vendor/contractor VPN
- The student's sponsor must (google form) request a vendor/contractor VPN account (external link)
- After VPN access is granted, download and install the TMU-VPN software (Faculty/Staff tab)
Please ensure that your computer's Operating System is compatible with VPN.
