2. You need to download one of the following forms that applies to you:

   1. Application Form for PhD applicants

   2. Application Form for MASc or MEng applicants

   3. Application Form for Undergraduate Research Assistantship (UGRA)

3. Attach all the FORMS and DOCUMENTS mentioned in the GUIDELINES and EMAIL them to Dr. Sharifi.
