CCS Scheduled Maintenance and Outages

Preventative Maintenance includes a variety of activities necessary to keep information and technology services running, such as software patches, fixes and upgrades, hardware upgrade. Additional outages may occur as a result of unforeseen hardware or software issues. In these cases, CCS strives to provide as much notice as possible.

No alternate service will be available if a system or an application is not available due to the scheduled maintenance or outage, unless explicitly indicated in the table below for the particular system/application.

    User Impact: All networked devices at the LIB Lower ground floor will be disconnected during this period.

    User Impact: All networked devices at the IMA building will be disconnected during this period.

    User Impact: No access to Endow application for Finance.
  • Saturday, March 23, 12:00 a.m. to Tuesday, March 26, 1:30 a.m. 
    Updating Content 7. 
    User Impact: No access to Content 7 during this period.
  • Saturday, March 23, 12:30 a.m. to Tuesday, March 26, 1:15 a.m. 
    Updating MyServiceHub.  
    User Impact:
    MyServiceHub and all of its related functions will be down.
  • Sunday, March 24, 1:00 a.m. to 5:30 a.m.   
    Upgrading ServiceNow.
    User Impact: No access to ServiceNow. Stakeholders in CCS and HR will be made aware of the upgrade.
  • Tuesday, March 26, 12:00 p.m. to 12:30 p.m.   
    Updating TAI.
    User Impact: Access to TAI dashboard and reports will be impacted during this period.
