Almost every research funding grant asks for a knowledge mobilization strategy.  In general, researchers want to do research that has value and impact.  A knowledge mobilization strategy demonstrates the linkages between the research results and addressing real world issues. We will give an overview of several tools and Library services that can help researchers mobilize their research. We will cover social media platforms, author profiles and author identification tools, Tri-agency policies, the Toronto Metropolitan Digital Repository (Figshare), and Collaboratory supports.

  • Social Media Platforms
  • ORCID and Author Identifiers
  • Scholarly Profiles
  • Tri-Agency and Open Access Policies
  • RShare repository and Data Deposit
  • Toronto Metropolitan Library Collaboratory
