This session, Learn to Lead: Teams, is presented by the Yeates School of Graduate Studies and the Graduate Leadership Institute. Hosted by Dr. Wilson Leung.
Learning to lead in a collaborative environment is an essential skill for your current and future effectiveness as a graduate student and leader. Yet, many teams struggle as they face certain obstacles.
What are these team barriers that you need to be aware of and how do you lead your team to overcome them? Please join us for this in-person session where we will dialogue about these team challenges.
