This session, Learn to Lead: Conflict, is presented by the Yeates School of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies and the Graduate Leadership Institute. Hosted by Dr. Wilson Leung.
In our academic and professional settings, we need to work effectively with others. Yet in our daily interactions, conflicts sometimes arise which can strain those relationships if we don’t know how to manage those situations appropriately.
In this session, you will learn different styles of handling conflict and how to negotiate discussions toward win-win outcomes.
TMU graduate students and post-docs from all disciplines are invited to attend! This session qualifies for the Future Smart program.
