Alexander Lelievre - '09

Associate Vice President, Fraud Strategy, TD Bank

Alex Lelievre is currently an Associate Vice President at TD Bank supporting the enterprise to prevent, detect and respond to Fraud. In this role, Alex is responsible for supporting TD's Canadian lines of businesses and distribution channels in the end-to-end management of Fraud. Since joining TD, Alex has spent time across various businesses such as Product Management, Operations, Finance, Branch Banking, Risk Management and Insurance.

Alex has an MBA from the Smith School of Business at Queen's University, and a Bachelor of Commerce degree concentrating in Finance from the Ted Rogers School of Management at Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University). During his time at the Ted Rogers School of Management, Alex introduced the “Battle on Bay Street” Financial Management Case Competition which has been an ongoing success in creating opportunities for top corporate leaders to gain access to the top Finance and Accounting students from across Canada.

Outside of work, Alex supports Toronto FC as a season ticket holder, and resides in Mississauga with his wife and two children.
