Write Here, Right Now: An Interactive Introduction to Academic Writing and Research utilizes PressBooks to create and host an e-textbook designed for first year college and university students enrolled in introductory writing and research courses. Write Here, Right Now is an all-in-one multimedia textbook that integrates effectively into traditional, hybrid, online or flipped classroom models. This project is funded by a $95,472 grant from eCampusOntario.

Write Here, Right Now features:

• embedded videos, diagrams and linked modules
• swappable and editable components
• assignments and suggested activities to better balance and connect in-class instruction time with one-on-one feedback
• multiple and multimedia modes of instruction.
