Tourism Experiences Management

This course introduces the tourism system and its components and explores the visitor experience through the pre-during-post trip and service phases. This will include understanding the traveler and the visitor journey, as well as the role and impacts on the community and key stakeholders within the experience. Service management theories will be applied within this context to understand and manage the tourism experience from both practitioner and destination perspectives.
