Leading in Nursing Practice

The nurse's role in providing leadership and facilitating change will be examined in relation to the current political, economic and social complexities of health care systems. Current issues and future trends in health care will be critically analyzed in relation to the individual nurse, intraprofessional and interprofessional leadership practices. Research, theory, concepts and evidence-based guidelines will inform personal development and professional practice.
