The success of retail organizations in an increasingly competitive environment is dependent upon their capacity for speed, flexibility and customer focus. This interactive course provides students with the basics of formulating and operating a retail business. They will integrate the principles of effective retail/service management and consider the implications of a dynamic retail ecosystem.
