Amandeep Kaur is the Chief Executive Officer of Punjabi Community Health Services (PCHS), based in the Central Region of Ontario. With 34 years of experience in the non-profit sector, she has pioneered the Integrated Holistic Service Delivery Model. Through this model, PCHS has been able to provide comprehensive and culturally responsive services, including mental health support, addiction assistance, geriatric care, newcomer settlement services, and social support. The model has received acclaim for its effectiveness in improving the overall health and well-being of the community it serves.
