The fifth annual Winston Isaac Lecture in Healthcare Services recognizing Dr. Isaac’s legacy and his decades of service to Ryerson University and the School of Health Services Management (SHSM) will be held on Thursday. Jan 28th virtually.
We have asked eight former graduates and preceptors of the BHA program from a variety of healthcare settings (acute care, long term care and complex continuing care) to discuss the impact COVID-19 has had on their daily work environment and lessons they have learned from their experiences.
