Organizational Development (OD) is a systems-focused effort to increase organizational effectiveness and health through planned interventions. Through our OD work, OEE supports Ryerson in achieving its mission and vision in a way that is in alignment with its values.
Open Space or World Café are two different methodologies used to create space for people to engage deeply and creatively around issues of concern to them.
Working with one individual outside their relationship system reduces the possibility for overall change. In team coaching, we take a system approach and look more at the interactions between individuals. This work involves revealing the system to itself—its strengths, obstacles and potential to enable the group to find their own answers.
