Biography:

Andy is a Filmmaker and creative problem-solver from Ecuador. During his last years in film school, he became a close collaborator with EnchufeTV, one of Latin America's largest YouTube channels with over 17 million subscribers. His work there as an actor and writer would allow him to explore other areas of media production in Ecuador. These experiences include being a casting director, and copywriter for advertisement agencies and production companies.

After taking up teaching scriptwriting at a film school for several years, Andy decided to go back to his undying passion: documentary filmmaking. His first documentary project, "The Northern Cousin", was produced over the course of two years and filmed in New York City in collaboration with members of the punk-rock band "Gogol Bordello". This documentary film has been shown in film festivals in South America and the United States.

These past experiences have now led Andy to Toronto, a city bustling with life and full of stories to be told.
