Novel? Useful? Non-obvious? This workshop introduces participants to the Library’s tool, as well as others, for patent searching. Learn how to search for and file Canadian and international patents. In addition, the session includes an overview of how patents and intellectual property law have contributed to systemic exclusion, and have potential to hinder global creation and discovery.
