The Ryerson Rams women's volleyball team heads west this week with their sights set on defending their national title in Edmonton.

Fresh off an OUA silver medal performance, the Rams enter the 2019 U SPORTS national championship as the no. 6 seed and will take on the no. 3 seeded Calgary Dinos on Friday, March 15.
