Community members are welcome to attend any of the three virtual town halls.

The Office of the Provost and Vice-President, Academic, and the University Planning Office are committed to leading an open and consultative budget process to establish Ryerson’s priorities for the next fiscal year. As such, the following budget town hall consultations have been scheduled to give members of the Ryerson community the opportunity to discuss our 2021-22 budget in a public forum:

All community members are encouraged to attend one of the above meetings to learn more about how Ryerson will approach budgeting for the 2021-22 academic year and to provide input.

Guiding Principles

Ryerson adheres to five guiding principles when preparing the annual budget:

  1. Prioritize students;
  2. Protect Ryerson’s core business;
  3. Be fair and transparent;
  4. Remain forward looking; and
  5. Conduct wide consultations with the community.

Thank you in advance for your ongoing commitment to Ryerson and for engaging in this important process.
