Though no changes are necessary to on-campus activities at this time, the university will continue to monitor the government and public health response to the pandemic.

As announced by the Ontario government (external link)  on Wednesday, April 7, a province-wide "stay-at-home order" began April 8 at 12:01 a.m.

This order requires everyone to remain at home except for essential purposes, such as going to the grocery store or pharmacy, accessing health care services (including getting vaccinated), for outdoor exercise, or for work that cannot be done remotely.

Thanks to the continuing hard work and dedication of Ryerson community members, along with the university’s adherence to existing restrictions and recommendations, the “stay-at-home-order (external link) ” does not introduce any changes to on-campus activities at this time.

The university will continue to monitor the government and public health response to the pandemic and will share further updates with the community as required.
