ADaPT is a skills development and work placement program aimed at spanning the employment gap for recent graduates.

The ADaPT program is facilitated by Ryerson University's Diversity Institute. Learn more about the Diversity Institute.

ADaPT provides training in digital literacy, communications, research, business finances, career skills, and more, and helps new grads compete for paid work placements (not guaranteed).

ADaPT is offered via two streams: Virtual Classroom (instructor-led) and Online (self-directed).
